We aim to respond within 2 business days. Include your Postipy account email, Slack workspace name (if relevant), and steps to reproduce the issue so we can help faster.

Before you email support

Most issues are resolved faster when we have a few details up front. Sign in at postipy.com/login and confirm which email is on your account. If the problem involves LinkedIn or a messaging integration, note whether you connected from the web dashboard or from Slack, Discord, or Telegram so we can trace the right flow.

For publishing errors, include the approximate time of the failure, whether you were scheduling or posting immediately, and any error text shown in the app. Screenshots are helpful but not required. We do not ask for your LinkedIn password — only connection status and logs on our side when needed.

Response times and scope

Postipy AI support covers product access, integrations, billing questions tied to your account, and guidance on using AI drafts responsibly on LinkedIn. We help you understand plan limits, reconnect OAuth providers, and troubleshoot failed publishes when our logs show a platform-side issue.
